i am surprised that 
not much is written about this side of Tangier-- but for me, i simply love this part of it! the drive to and from Cape Spartel (first pic, tower which dates back from 12th century), down to the main part of the city is simply awesome! there are various spots best for relaxed afternoon stopover, rendezvour or picnics!
